    The weekly maintenance levy covers:

    • SA Water and council rates
    • Common and public lighting
    • Gardening and cleaning of common areas
    • Preventative maintenance and replacement of air conditioners and hot water services
    • Rubbish removal
    • External property maintenance and replacement
    • Internal maintenance, excluding, carpets, curtains and painting
    • Replacement of plant, equipment
      and contingencies
    • 24-hour Emergency Call System
    • Monitored smoke alarm
    • Insurance premiums for building and public liability (but not personal belongings and contents)
    • Use of all on-site facilities
    • Management and staffing costs
    • Electricity gas (One Bedroom Unit only)
    • One meal daily (One Bedroom Unit only).
