The weekly maintenance levy covers:
- SA Water and council rates
- Common and public lighting
- Gardening and cleaning of common areas
- Preventative maintenance and replacement of air conditioners and hot water services
- Rubbish removal
- External property maintenance and replacement
- Internal maintenance, excluding, carpets, curtains and painting
- Replacement of plant, equipment
and contingencies - 24-hour Emergency Call System
- Monitored smoke alarm
- Insurance premiums for building and public liability (but not personal belongings and contents)
- Use of all on-site facilities
- Management and staffing costs
- Electricity gas (One Bedroom Unit only)
- One meal daily (One Bedroom Unit only).
